In a pan heat 2 spoon oil and add chopped onion,garlic ginger paste and green chillies.

Add salt in it so onion will get cook very fast. Saute for 2 mins and now add boiled mashed potatoes and green peas in it.

Saute for 2 mins. And now add all masalas like turmeric powder,red chilli powder,garam masala.

Mix it well and now add lemon juice and coriander init. Off the stove. Stuffing is ready. Let it be cool for 15 mins.

After 15 mins or when the stuffing becomes in room temperature take a pastry sheet. Remove pastry sheet at least before 2 hrs from refrigerator. and keep ready oven preheat at 180 degree.

Now put pastries on a board or plate and add spoon stuffing on it. Put it only one side.

You can fold pastries according to your choice. I've made 2 shapes.

Now keep puff into oven to bake at 200 degree for 20 mins.

Check after 10 mins. You can see half puffs are baked.

After 20 mins puffs are ready to be served. Serve it hot.
