250 gm cheese,,3 capsicum,,,3 onion,,,2 tsp ginger and garlic paste,,, 1 tsp red chilli powder,,1tsp blk pepper powder,,1 tsp soya sauce 1tsp vinegar,,,1 tsp tomato sauce,,,4 tsp corn flour to taste salt

Take a big bowl add corn flour.. salt,blk pepper powder and mix all spices and heat oil in a pan and then dip cheese cubes I batter and deep fry and then take another side take a work add oil and heat is add ginger and garlic paste and then add chopped capsicum onion and cooked it.

Now add cheese cubes soya sauce tomato sauce salt,red chilli powder and blk pepper powder and mix it well now take a bowl add water and corn flour mix it and pour in work and cook it 2 min 3 min and cheese chilli is ready and serve it..
