Combine all the ingredients in a pot and stir well.

Place the pot over the heat and stir constantly until it starts to boil.

Continue stirring over low heat for about 1 hour, until the mixture thickens.

Pour the meghli into cups, then refrigerate until set. Garnish as desired.
