Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  1. 5 ozdark chocolate (140 grams)
  2. 2 tablespoonsbutter (30 grams) plus a small pat of butter
  3. 1 teaspoonsugar
  4. 4egg whites
  5. 1egg yolk

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Melt the chocolate with the butter.

    Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form, then add the sugar and the egg yolk. Gently fold together.

    Using a spatula, gently fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture.

    Butter small ramekins and pour in the mixture.

    Bake for 6 minutes and enjoy while still warm.
