First boil Amla in a pressure cooker till 1 city.

After cool down separate seeds.

Take a pan and add 2td oil after oil heat add half tp onion seeds, Fennel seeds, Hing and let crekel add 1 chopped green chili and add Boiled amla.

After adding Amla add 1tp Turmeric and half tp Red chili powder and salt to taste. Let it sauteed for 2 minutes. And your laungi is ready now.

You can serve with Paratha/ Roti/ Puri
