First take curd, add besan and turmeric.

Mix them properly. Heat a pan. Add ghee, mustard seeds, methi seeds, hing, ginger, chilli.

Add curd, mix them, add water in it and cook.

Then add salt. Take boondi and add in it.

Cook for 5 min. Add chopped coriander. it is ready to serve.

Add red mirch tadka and Serve it with roti, rice and papad.
