Pound the cooked yam and put in a bowl

Add the scotch bunnet,icefish(shredded one),spices,seasoning and mix them throughly

Make a ball of the yam mixture

Break the egg aside and add one maggi and then mix it

On the heat when your oil is heated dip the yam balls into the egg mixture and fry it well

Until it’s golden when your done off the heat and serve with hot tea,hot sauce,or chill drink
