Grated onion and scotch bonnet
Cooked minced meat
Flour
Egg
Seasoning and spices
Vegetable oil for frying

Mix mashed potatoes,g rated Scotch bonnet and onions,seasoning and spice, minced meat,

Takes small portion of the mixture and make a balls

Roll it inside a flour.a and dip it inside egg mixture and fry
