Take fresh grated carrot

Heat the ghee and add grated carrot stir for few minutes.and then add fresh cream.stir again for few minutes.

When half cooked then add sugar and stir evenly and mix up well. Rest it for few minutes.

When cooked then add all dry fruits and mix all ingredients.stir for few minutes.

After 5 min dish is ready for serve.
