Today, I made a simple, budget-friendly meal that's filling and loved by both kids and adults. 🥰❤😍

Heat a pan over low heat. Add a little oil and a pinch of salt, then add the sliced garlic and fry until golden brown, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Once done, remove and drain the oil.
Add butter to the pan. Once melted, add the finely chopped garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the rice and carrots, then season with soy sauce or seasoning sauce and sugar. Mix everything well and adjust the seasoning to taste. 😊

Mix all the ingredients well and turn off the heat.
Serve on a plate, topped with fried garlic and sliced green onions. Enjoy! 😍❤🥰
