Ingredients

7-8 minutes

  • 2 Cupsmilk powder
  • 1 tspclarified butter or ghee
  • 1 1/4 cupmilk

Steps

7-8 minutes
  1. 1

    First mix milk powder ghee and milk now turn on the gas and stir continuously in low flame.

    Turn off the gas when the mixture starts leaving the pan

    Now khoya is ready.
