  • 300 gramsmutton
  • 3onion
  • 3green chilli
  • salt as required
  • 3 tablespoonrice / white flour
  • 1 cupoil
  • 2 cubescheese

    To prepare these yummy Mutton kebabs, peel the onions and finely chop them in a bowl.

  2. 2

    Make a paste of green chilies, by crushing them in a mortar and pestle.

  3. 3

    After this, mince the mutton pieces, but if you already have minced mutton,

  4. 4

    Now, take a large bowl and add the minced mutton along with finely chopped onions, green chilli paste,cow cheese, flour and salt. Mix all the ingredients together and keep aside for about 40 minutes.

    Let the mutton absorb the spices. If you want to make it more spicy, you can add some black pepper powder or red chili powder.

  6. 6

    Then put a kadhai on medium flame and heat the oil. You can also use ghee,
    Keep the flame low. Let these kebabs fry till the colour changes to golden brown. Drain off the extra oil and serve hot with mint chutney
