Take a pan heat it add little oil fry mushroom on high flame for 2min, keep it aside

In same pan add little oil,now add our tadka like jeera, black pepper, star anise, bay leaf, saboot red chilli saute for 30 sec, now add finely chopped onion, saute it till onion turn golden, now add ginger garlic paste, and chopped tomato saute for 3,4min or till tomato gets soft

Now add all dry spices add little water in it and fry till oil separate, now add tomato sauce and mix well, now add fried mushroom in it mix well

Now add green peas and add some water, and cover it for 5min in medium flame, now add fresh cream and kasuri methi,and again cover it for 5min in low flame, our mushroom matar is ready to serve
