Collect your ingredients. Cut to size as desired.

Heat a non stick sauce pan, add oil. When hot add cumin seeds and let stutter. Add in the onions, chillies, garlic and ginger paste and fry till onion is soft.

Add in the potatoes and zucchini and let cook for 2-3 minutes. Allow the potatoes to semi cook since cabbage don't take much time.

Add the tomatoes and peas and all the other spices then cover for another 2-3 minutes, add a little water if needed to prevent burning.

After 3 minutes, put in the cabbage, add a little water and stir. Cover to simmer for two minutes then serve hot with rice, chapati, beef, chicken....as desired. I enjoyed it just as it is 😋😋😋
