Methi aloo is is very delicious combo and my family loves it. Sharing my recipe, We prefer to make it in sarson ka oil but you can make in any oil or ghee but sarson oil gives a very good taste, magar phaley is oil ko achi tarha pakate hain kacha pan nikal jae to thora cool kar ke use karte hain, that's my tip.

Phelay methi ke patte tor lein hath se.

Wash karen bohat achi tarha phir chalni pe rakhen

Agar baby potatoes hain to wash karen achi tarha warna peel and cut.

Sarson oil ko paka lein koi basi roti /bread slice daal ke jab take wo crispy ho jae dark colour ke, oil ke smell chali jae, roti ka piece nikal dein

Flame off karen, jab oil zara cool ho jae flame on karen, when oil is hot add zeera garlic chopped and paste and fry for 2mins till colour changes, add karen Aloo bhun lein

Haldi, dalen, kuti mirch aur salt daal ke alu fry karen. phir tomatoes dalen mix and cover, jab tomates gal jaen to bhun ke methi dalen

2green chillies dalen mix karen aur cook karen covered. Jab pani dry ho jae to ready hay.

Taste seasionings, serve karen, chapati, parathey ya besani roti, makai roti se.
