
Spinach & Cheese Eggy Bread
WMM Recipe.
Steps

Microwave the spinach for 2 minutes or until defrosted. Using a fork, gently press the spinach to remove the excess moisture.

Add the spinach to a high-sided plate with the grated cheese and eggs. Whisk with a fork until everything is incorporated.

Place a large nonstick frying pan over a medium heat with a little drizzle of oil for frying.

Dip a piece of bread in the EDD mixture, making sure you have plenty of spinach and cheese on each side of the bread.

In batches of two, dry each piece of bread for 2 minutes on each side until golden and crispy.
