Suffed shells without the mess. I like stuff pasta shells but not a fan or f making them , so i came up with this. This is just like one of my other pasta bakes dishes only different is I change the pasta noodles and added ricotta cheese to it....

Suffed shells without the mess. I like stuff pasta shells but not a fan or f making them , so i came up with this. This is just like one of my other pasta bakes dishes only different is I change the pasta noodles and added ricotta cheese to it....
Cooking Instructions

Start my cooking pasta by the box directions, and browning hamburger meat drain any grease enjoying the water from the pasta one done and cook the noodles with cold water set aside both.

Meanwhile when pasta and the hamburger or browning, in a medium size frying pan or instant pot/ninja foodie on sauté mode. Add in some olive oil so it doesn’t stick, fresh spinach and mushrooms, sauté until translucent remove from heat set aside.

In a big bowl add in sautéed vegetables, jar of spaghetti sauce, ricotta cheese mix well until The ricotta cheese is blended well, Add injuring pasta and hamburger meat mix again then add all spices mix again

Spray 13“ x 9 with cooking spray add in pasta, top with shredded cheese bake on 350° until cheese has melted about 20-30 mins

Sides garlic bread and a side salad.

This is one of my go to recipes.Recipe is for a ninja foodie or a instant potBut can easily be made in the oven just leave out all of that water , brown hamburger on stove , boil pasta and follow the rest of steps it’s super easy , good way to use leftover pepperoni or other vegetables before they go bad.. use what you have on hand. I like to sever this with some cheesy garlic bread and salad. I do have several garlic bread recipes that are just as easy . -

I have always had a love of pasta and each time i make this i tend to keep throwing extra things into the mix. I find this very filling always enough to freeze for them times when you either to busy or just dont have time. Once you add some ciabatta to it well it just doesnt get much better than that.

The pasta layers are bound together with a tasty egg and cottage cheese mixture, and using leftover or jarred spaghetti sauce keeps this so easy to make!
