Peel your potato wash and cut them into shape, rinse the water and sprinkle some salt, heat your oil and fry it untill golden brown

Break 3 -4 eggs, add all vegetable ingredients an add some spices, beat the egg, put some oil in a frying pan add the egg and continuously stiring untill golden brown.

Serve hot and enjoy
