Ingredients

  • 2 cupsfrozen watermelon
  • 6mint leaves (optional)
  • Pinchcloves n Cinnamon powder (optional)
  • 1 canevaporated milk or plain yoghurt
  • 3 tbssugar or honey (or as required)
  • 3 scoopstrawberry ice cream
  • 3 scoopvanilla ice-cream

Steps

  1. 1

    Add watermelon, mint leaves, honey, pinch of cloves cinnamon, milk and strawberry ice-cream in a blender and blend until smooth.

  2. 2

    Pour in a cup, add soft vanilla ice-cream in a pipping bag with Rosset nozle n pipe a desired flower on top.

  3. 3

    Put straw n served.
