You can bring so many variations while making this but when you make in a classic way, it is loved by all.

Boil the potatoes. Add some salt while boiling. Don't cut the potatoes while boiling. Mash it properly once it is cool. Add masala. Prepare oil for seasoning. Add mustard and jeera and let it crackle.

Add into mashed potatoes mixture. Mix it well. Add coriander leaves and mix it again.

Take dough ingredients and bind it with some water. Give rest for 30 minutes.

Roll it a little bit thick. Cut it into two parts. Give a cone shape.

Stuff the potatoes mixture and close it properly. Keep it in the fridge for 20 minutes. Fry on low flame. It will take time. Serve with tea or ketchup.
