  • 1/2 CupChopped Capsicum
  • 1 CupChopped Cabbage
  • 1/2 CupCauliflower
  • 1/2 CupChopped Beans
  • 1/4 cupGreen Peas
  • 1/3 CupChopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1Chopped Onion large size
  • To tasteChopped Green Chilies
  • 1/4 CupRefined Oil
  • 1 tspBlack Pepper Powder
  • 1.5 tspGreen Salt
  • 2 tbspChilli sauce
  • 1.5 tbspTomato sauce
  • 1.5 tbspSoya sauce
  • 1/4 cupChopped Coriander Leaves
  • 1 bowlLong grain boiled rice
  • 2Maggi Masala pouch
  • 1/2 tspSalt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat refined oil in a kadai. Add chopped green chillies and chopped onion to the hot oil.

    After 1 minute add chopped carrots, cauliflower, green peas, chopped beans, chopped capsicum, chopped cabbage, black pepper powder & green salt.

    Fry it on high flame for 2 minutes.

    After 2 minutes add chilli sauce, tomato sauce, soya sauce, chopped coriander leaves,long grain boiled rice, Maggi Masala & salt.
