Fresh Rosemary Salt 🌿

I always share fresh rosemary from my garden with my sister, but this has been more difficult lately so instead I’ve made her some rosemary salt instead as a #ChristmasGift 🌿
This salt is lovely for seasoning meat and fish, or simply roasted vegetables

Steps
- 1
Allow the fresh rosemary to dry out for a day or so. Then carefully pick the leaves from the stalks, discarding the stalks.
- 2
I used my nutri bullet grinding blade to grind mine but you could also use a food processor or a pestle and mortar
- 3
If giving as a gift you can pour into an old spice jar and add a lovely homemade label.
