Sometime I make knorr soups when in a hurry. They are easy to prepare and tastes yummy.

Empty the knorr mixed vegetables soup mixture in a pan. Add little water and mix well avoiding formation of lumps. Now add rest of the water and stir well.

Switch on the flame and cook on low flame till water starts boiling. Keep stirring continuously. Cook for another 2 minutes till it gets thick. Switch off the flame.

Transfer it in serving bowls.

Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander leaves.
