Ingredients

  • 250 gmsCabbage
  • 1/4 cuprice flour
  • 1 bowlwheat flour
  • 1 tbspbesan
  • 2 tbspjowar flour
  • 2 tbspoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/4 cupcoriander
  • 2 tbsp.Green chilli paste
  • 1 tbspgrated ginger
  • 1/2 tsp.Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspasofoetida
  • 1 tsp.Garam masala
  • 2-3 tbsp.Curd
  • 2 tbspsugar
  • For Merination :-
  • 1/2 pieceCapsicum
  • 2small onion
  • 1 tbspbesan
  • 1 tbspoil
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tsp.Dry mint
  • 1/2 tsp.Chaat masala
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 2 tbspcoriander mint churney
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tsp.Garlic ginger chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp.Oil
  • 1/2 tspgaram masala
  • As required Shredded cabbage for garnishing
  • As required Garlic chilli chutney n Coriander mint chutney to serve
  • as requiredSaate stick

Steps

  1. 1

    Chop cabbage coriander n take in a paraat. Now mix all masala n flour. Add oil salt n curd mix properly.

    Now make all muthiya n steam for 5-7 min. Take out from steamer n keep a side. N cut into pieces.

    Mean while prepare marination:- Take mint coriander Chutney curd besan salt dry mint powder red chilli powder garam masala oil chaat masala chilli ginger garlic paste mix well. Now add capsicum piece onion piece n muthiya piece. Merinate for30 min.

    Now heat tawa spread oil attach onion muthiya n capsicum piece in a saate stick n sizzle from both sides. Sprinkle chaat masala n Serve hot.
