Refreshing Herbal Sip

In early days and even now also, we follow our elder generation's foot steps to drink herbal concoctions in winter to feel fresh and get rid of common ailments. In everyone's kitchen garden many kinds of herbs commonly used are cultivated.
I have also some beneficial herbs from my garden to make this herbal sip. It's good to have this herbal drink for maintaining stability of body by increasing the immunity.
Refreshing Herbal Sip

Steps

Take two cups of water in a saucepan.

Bring to boil. First add fennel seeds and allow to boil for a minute.

Then add grated ginger and continue boiling.

Next add rest of the green herbs. Keep boiling for 10 minutes.

Decant to a glass with a strainer. When the hot sip becomes warm, add honey,mix and then enjoy the refreshing feeling. Thanks
