In a bowl take semolina and ghee mix nicely and soak for 10 minutes.

Seive flour salt in the wet semolina mixtureand mix nicely to get crumble texture.

Add sugar powder and mix nicely, now take some milk and start kneading flour.

Milk has to be added very slowly and very little till it becomes a semi-soft dough, I used less than half a cup milk.

Now take a small portion and roll into the cylinder, now cut small pieces and roll like laddoo now take fork or kul kul mould and spread the mixture and roll to get a spiral effect.

Repeat for rest of mixture.

Now heat oil, on medium flame, now add and deep fry in batches. Fry till golden Enjoy Merry Christmas 🎄
