Ingredients

4 cupshearts of Romaine
2 cupsbutter lettuce
3 cupbaby arugula
2large cucumbers
1/2 cupslice green salad olive
1/2 cupbacon bits real bacon
1 cupfeta cheese crumbles
1 cupbeet sticks
1 cupdiced avocado
2Roma tomatoes diced
2/3 cupdried currants
1 cupwhole black ripened olives

Steps

Peel slice in half lengthwise and remove seeds from cucumbers. Slice the cucumbers. Dice the tomatoes.

Mix everything except beet sticks and avocado. Add sticks and avocado on top. Serve with your favorite salad dressing. I hope you enjoy!!!
