Steps

Take the ghee in a pan. Turn the heat on low-medium. Once the ghee is melted add wheat flour.

Mix with a spatula and roast it with stirring constantly for 5 minutes. Or till the flour gets some colour and you will get a toasted aroma of the flour.(It gets darken in colour)

As soon as the flour is roasted,turn off the stove. Then add jaggery. Quick mix it.

Immediately pour into the greased plate, use back of spatula and sprinkle some desicated coconut on it. Let it cool down slightly. While it is still warm,slice into desired shape.

Remove the pieces gently and serve.
