  2. 6/7curry leaves
  3. 1/2 cupDesi ghee
  4. 1Onion chopped
  5. 1Tomato chopped
  6. 2Green chili chopped
  7. 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
  8. 1carrot cut in to small peices
  9. 1/2 cupMushroom peices
  10. 1/2cupGreen pease
  11. 8/9Soyabean bari
  12. 1Capsicum chopped
  13. 1/4cupBeans small pieces
  14. 1potato small pieces
  15. 1/4 cuppaneer pieces
  16. 4/5cashews
  17. 10/15Raisins
  18. 1 tsp Cummin seeds
  19. 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  20. 1 tsp Red chili powder
  21. 1 tsp Garam masala
  22. To tasteSalt
  23. 1 tsp biryani masala
  24. 1/2inchCinnamon stick
  25. 2Cloves
  26. 6/7whole Blackpepper
  27. 1Bay leaf

Steps

45minutes
  1. 1

    First Rice soak in water for 30 minutes.Take a pan add water & rice. Half cook rice. Srain water.

    Take a pan add water mushroom & green pease & soyabean bari. Boil all & strain water.

    Take a big vessel.Add ghee. Heat ghee add cummin seeds crackle then add curry leaves bay leaf & ginger garlic onion.

    Add all vaggi.

    Add all spices.

    Mix well properly. Shout them for 4/5 minutes.add cashew & raisin.Add half cooked rice. Mix well properly.

    Tranfer into bowl. Garnise chopped Coriander & curry leaves. Serve hot with Coriander chuteny.
