I revised the recipe from using pancake mix. I made it less sweet and turned it into a dinner bread.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 200 gramsCake flour
  2. 66 mlMilk
  3. 2eggs Eggs
  4. 1 tbspSugar
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 2 tspBaking powder
  7. 1 tbspOlive oil
  8. 1 canCanned tuna
  9. 1onion ★Onions (minced)
  10. 1 tbsp★Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

    Combine the ingredients marked with the ★.

    Mix the flour, milk, eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder, and olive oil together.

  3. 3

    Pour the dough from step 2 into aluminum cups in a muffin tray, and top with the mix from step 1. Bake it in an oven for 25-30 minutes at 200℃. Top with cheese and ketchup and whatever else you'd like.
