Boil water in a pan, add 1/2 tsp salt, 1tsp oil, elbow pasta and bring it to a boil.

Drain and keep aside.

Now, heat 1 tsp butter, add cumin, garlic cloves, ginger and saute for 2 minutes.

Add chopped onions, cashews, almonds and fry.

Now, add chopped tomatoes and sauté.

Then, add salt, red chili, garam masala powder and mix well.

Cover and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.

Add 1 tsp kasuri methi and mix well.

Blend this mixture with adding some water.

Now, heat 1 tbsp butter, add chopped veggies and saute for 1 - 2 minutes.

Add salt, chilli powder, garam masala powder and cook till it softened.

Heat 2 tbsp butter, add all-purpose flour and saute for 1 minutes.

Now, add milk, cheese, mayonnaise and mix well.

Stir continue and cook till sauce thicken.

Add blended paste and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

Add kasuri methi and sauté veggies and mix it.

Then, add boiled pasta and cook for 1 - 2 minutes.

Add mixed herbs, mix well and serve.
