Nostalgic * Omurice

cookpad.japan @cookpad_jp

This is the omurice that my mum always made for me. It also tastes lovely when cooked with butter instead of oil.
If you add heavy cream to the egg, it'll become rich.

Step 2 - It may result in a thinner omelette but you can make this recipe with as little as 1.5 eggs.
Step 2 - If you strain the egg after beating it, it will give the omelette a nice finish.
Step 2 - You can use just use salt to season the egg if you prefer.
Step 4 - When you get used to it, you'll be able to turn the omelette over even without a spatula. Recipe by Yuuyuu0221
