Ingredients

2burger buns
2aloo tikkis
1large tomato sliced
1large onion sliced
4-5cabbage leaves
2 tbspmayonnaise
2cheese slices
4 tbsptomato ketchup
4 tbspgreen chutney
2 pincheschaat masala

Steps

1

Cut the burgers into halves. Apply mayonnaise on one side. Add tomato and onion slices.

Place a cheese slice on each burger, place the fried aloo tikkis and green chutney.
3

Place 2 cabbage leaves on each burger and sprinkle chaat masala. Cover and fix a toothpick.
4

Serve with ketchup.
