1.5 cupsooji
1 cupbuttermilk
1 cupwater
1 packeteno
to tasteSalt
For tempering:
as requiredOil
as requiredRai
5-6 Curry leaves
Pinchhing
as neededOil

Steps

Mix together buttermilk, water and rava. Keep aside.

In a pan, put oil, rai, curry leaves and hing. Cook till rai splatters. Put this in raga batter.

Then add a packet of eno and mix. Put batter in appe pan and cook for 2-3 mins on both sides.
4

Serve with coconut chutney
