Ingredients

  • 1 cupSabudana, soaked
  • Oil
  • Green chilli
  • Grated ginger
  • Boiled potatoes
  • Salt to taste
  • Jeers
  • leavesCurry

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok heat some oil and put jeers and curry leaves

  2. 2

    Then put grated ginger green chilli and cook

  3. 3

    Put chopped boiled potato and mix

  4. 4

    Put red chilli salt and Sabudana

  5. 5

    Mix well and then add salt. Cook for 5 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve hot. Garnish with coriander
