Grind green puree ingredients into a fine puree in a mixer grinder.

Take a bowl and mix Jowar flour salt, pizza masala, chopped tricolor capsicum, spring onion chopped, green puree, and mix well.

Add needed water and make soft dough make 3-equal rounds. Knead each round while making Rotella. Make round 1/4- inches thickness round Rotla by tapping with palm.

Heat a Tawa on slow flame cook both sides of Rotella applying water on the top side of Rotella and cook till crisp from the top and soft from inside. Apply ghee on topper side pricking with so that ghee spreads well inside also.

Serve Healthy Tasty Hariyali Healthy Jowar Rotella with Masala Moong, jaggery, Garlic Chutney, and Buttermilk.
