Take 1/2 cup oil and 1/2 cup jaggery and mix well.

Sieve jowar flour and cocoa powder and add 1/4 tsp baking powder to it..mix these dry ingredients in the jaggery oil mixture using cut and fold method until a dough is formed.

Make small balls of this dough and place them on a reeced baking tray. Top it with almonds and walnuts (optional)

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes and then bake these cookies for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees Celcius.

And the yummy and superheated jowar cookies are ready.
