Kothambir wadi is Maharashtra Snack loaded with Kothambir in Marathi which is coriander leaves or Dhaniya patta mixed with besan and spices.
It tastes awesome and goes well with evening snacks. Coriander leaves or Dhaniya or Kothambir are available abundantly in Winter months.
Steps

Wash clean and finely cut dhaniya let the water drain from it

Take a bowl and add dhaniya and all flours and spices. Mix well.

Make very thick batter by adding little water at a time.

Grease thali and keep steamer on flame by adding water. When steamer gets hot pour the batter in thali and keep for steaming.

Let it steam for about 10 to 15 mins. Check with toothpick or knife. If it comes clean then it is done. Switch off the flame and let it cool down.

Now cut into desired shape and fry them till golden brown. You can also saute them with less oil in frying pan.

Serve hot with some chutney or ketchup of your choice.
