Ingredients

  2. 2 tablespoonsfish sauce
  3. 1 teaspoonsugar
  4. 2limes, juiced
  5. 1 tablespoonchili powder
  6. 15bird's eye chilies, crushed
  7. 5dried chilies, slightly crushed
  8. 5 slicesgalangal
  9. 2 stalkslemongrass, sliced diagonally
  10. 5-10kaffir lime leaves, torn
  11. 2 stalkscilantro, cut into 2-inch pieces
  12. 3shallots, crushed
  13. water

Cooking Instructions

    Pour water into a pot and bring to a boil. Add the pork ribs and simmer on low heat for 1 hour.
