Cooking Instructions

Take the chestnuts out of the bag, place in a colander or sieve, wash, and drain.

Put the chestnuts and lots of water in a saucepan. Turn the heat on, once it comes to a boil, turn the heat down to medium and simmer for 30 minutes until the chestnuts are soft.

Cut in half with a knife and scoop out with a spoon.
