First blanch onion and Tomato (chopped) with 1 Cup water. Cool it and make a fine paste.

Now take Cashew, red dry chillies, green cardamom and 2 Tablespoons of water and make a fine paste in a mixer.

Now turn on the gas. Place a deep frying pan. Pour ghee, let it's melt. Add there cumin seeds, Asafoetida and stir it then add cashew paste. Stir it till it's raw smell goes up. Then add ginger and garlic paste. Saute till it's raw smell goes up.

Then add blanch onion and Tomatoes Puree. Cook it in low flame for 5 mins. Then add turmeric powder, red chilli powder. Stir it well and fry for more 4 mins in Medium flame and cover the lid and low the gas flame for 5 mins.

Then take another pan and pour 1 teaspoon of oil. Spread it well and just shallow fry the paneer for 2 mins from both the sides. Turn off the gas.

Now open the lid now add garam masala, curry powder and cook for another 2 mins. Then turn off the flame. Check after 5 mins. The add paneer to it and stir it. Now take a bowl pour curd, malai and coriander powder beat it well. Then pour it to the gravy. If needed again turn the heat and cook it for 2 mins in slow flame. Sprinkle some sugar and roasted Kasuri methi and turn off the flame.

Now enjoy it with Naan.
