This is a recipe combined of multiple different recipes with changes. This recipe is for 28 pieces of chicken.

Poke wholes in chicken pieces with a fork and mix into the marination. Cover with cling film and refrigerate over night. If cooking for the same night, then marinate for at least 2 hours.

Mix sauce ingredients together in a bowl, cover as well, and let sit over night for flavors to combine. If cooking for the night, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.

Pre heat oil to 350°F.

Whisk together the breading. With the tips if your fingers, drop a little of the marinade into the breading for extra crispiness. One by one, cover each chicken piece with breading, make sure ALL of the pieces are covered. Place on a wire rack until oil is done heating.

Once oil is ready. Place the chicken back into the breading, shake of excess breading, and slowly place into the oil. Fry for 13-18 minutes. Maximum of 4-5 pieces of chicken should be fried at once.

Once done, let chicken pieces cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes.
