Ingredients

  • slicebread
  • egg
  • scotch bonnet
  • onion
  • spice and seasoning of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Crack the eggs in a clean bowl add in the spice,seasoning and beat very well then add in the scotch bonnet and onion

  2. 2

    Dip in both sides of the bread in the mixture

  3. 3

    Grease a non stick frying pan with some oil/butter and toast both sides of the bread untill golden brown
