Take a glass bowl and add chopped gooseberry pieces and, mix with Turmeric powder & Salt and leave at least 12-14 hours... Do not add water

Between once every 6 hours mix well from all the sides as it's already mixed with salt, it's melts well salty..

After 14 hours again mix with other ingredients like Chilli powder, Mustard powder, Jeera powder, Roasted Mustard seeds powder, hing, lemon juice, again leave at least 2-4 hours.

After 18 th hour mix well from all the sides and if salt needed then you can add some more salt and mix well add tempered jeera, mustard seeds..

Hot and spicy Gooseberry pickle ready to serve..
