Taro Cake

Winter break is in two weeks, and the Lunar New Year is just a month away. Work is getting busier. On nice days, it's a good time to do a deep clean! When it's cold, I like to make taro cake at home—my family says it's delicious. You can also pan-fry it for a warm treat!

Winter break is in two weeks, and the Lunar New Year is just a month away. Work is getting busier. On nice days, it's a good time to do a deep clean! When it's cold, I like to make taro cake at home—my family says it's delicious. You can also pan-fry it for a warm treat!
Steps
- 1
Shred the taro, deep-fry it, and set aside. In a separate pan, sauté the shredded taro until fragrant.
- 2
Bring the water to a boil, add the seasonings, and stir well. Turn off the heat, then add the rice flour and the taro from step 1. Mix well and pour into a mold.
- 3
The taro cake is now ready.
- 4
It's also delicious when pan-fried.
