Ingredients

2 to 3 servings

1 cupmaida
Half teaspoon ajwain
Half teaspoon zeera
Salt to taste
1 tablespoonoil
Water to knead

Put all ingredients in a bowl except oil and knead well
2

Take oil in your hand and knead well and cover with wet cloth and rest for 30min
3

Now make a flat roti and cut in to namak pary shape
4

Now fry in a hot ghee and serve it.
