Dry roast cumin and coriander seeds. Wash and soak Anar dana for 15 minutes then Rinse and set aside.

Cut potatoes and onions in same shape, cubes of julianne.

In a bowl add sifted gram flour, salt, baking soda, red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds and coriander seeds.

Also add soaked Anar dana and mix well. By adding water little by little make thick consistency of batter.

Heat up oil and put one tbls in oil, do this with all. Fry the pakoras till golden brown and crispy

Tasty Crispy Pakoras ready to serve.
