Sub se phela till ko medium flame par roast karein then ise nikal lein aur peanut kay pieces krlen

Now ghee ko garam karein phir is se main gur dalen aur lagatar chamcha chalate rehna hai

Itna is gur ko medium flame par pakana hai ke ye light golden colour ka hojai phir thande pani main iska drops dalen 2 sec wait karein agar crunchy hogaya hai to it means ye ready

Agar thande pani main dalne ke bd chew sa hu to ise aur pakai jab gur pak jai to till and peanuts dalen aur jldi jldi mix karein

Ab aik bare se thal main ghee lagai aur till wale mixture ko dal kar kesi glass se level karein aur thanda hone dein phir isk pieces krlen
