I wanted to make a cookie made from ginger and banana which are good for your immune system, while keeping it healthy and delicious.

Please add whatever spices you like, such as cinnamon. This time I used the ginger with the skin still attached. Try to use ripe bananas to get the best flavor. If you don't have any, after peeling them please heat them in the microwave for about 90 seconds. Recipe by miyuki12

Ingredients

18 servings
  1. 100 grams●Cake flour
  2. 1 bag●Black tea leaves (tea bag)
  3. 30 grams●Raw cane sugar
  4. 1 pinch●Salt
  5. 1 tsp●Baking powder
  6. 1medium-sized Banana
  7. 1 tsp+ 1/2 - 2 Ginger
  8. 1 tbsp+ 1/2 Vegetable oil
  9. 10 grams(Topping) Granulated sugar (or brown sugar)

Cooking Instructions

    Add the ● ingredients to a bowl and mix well.

    Use the back of a fork to crush the banana, mix with the grated ginger and set aside.

  3. 3

    Combine the mixtures from steps 1 and 2 with the vegetable oil and make into a dough.

    Scoop out with a spoon, line up on a baking sheet and top with the sugar.

  5. 5

    Cook in your pre-heated oven at 170 ℃ for about 15 minutes, and they're complete.
