Brinjal Peel wash & cut into small pieces

Now boil into cooker add salt & some water. After 2 whistle off the flame

Move it in a strainer till every drop of water remove

Take a pan add oil roast finely chopped onion with red chilli because degi mirch change onion colour

Onion colour become red after 2 min add peas & leave it for cooked proper

Cover it with lid add brinjal material mix it well on low flame leave it for some time

Check it occasionally till oil came out its ready garnish it with fresh coriander leaves
